Buckingham PalaceLondon is one of the most exciting capitals in the world so if you’re on holiday in this fabulous city make sure to see the many famous landmarks. Many visitors head for Buckingham Palace, the Queen’s residence, the Houses of Parliament, Big Ben, Tower Bridge and the London Eye. There are bus and coach tours to take you round London so you can get a taste of what London’s really like. The Tower of London is well worth seeing with its many interesting tales of the past, the Crown Jewels on display and the Yeoman Warders who tell interesting stories. St Paul’s Cathedral is another landmark that you shouldn’t miss out on. It was built in 604 AD and will surely take your breath away with its magnificent pillars, ancient tombs and amazing architecture. Continue reading

BrightonIf you’re looking for a popular resort to travel to in England, choose the seaside town of Brighton. Brighton is located on the south coast of England and has always been a firm favourite with the British Royalty.  There are plenty of things to do in this charming English town which is colourful, fun and has a laid back atmosphere. On a beautiful summer’s day there’s no better place to be than Brighton Beach. Relax topping up your tan on the beach before going for a swim or try the many water sports such as jet skiing, scuba diving, wave-boarding and snorkelling.  Take a stroll along the promenade enjoying an ice cream then head for Brighton Pier where you can order fish and chips in the Palm Court Fish Restaurant.
